Our Mission: Breaking the STIGMA on Mental Illness!

We Are 1 in 4 was born out of loss, lived experience, and a deep belief in the power of healing.

It exists because someone we loved didn’t make it because mental illness went unseen, untreated, and misunderstood. It exists because its founder, too, has walked through the complexities of trauma and faced the barriers to getting the help she deserved.

We are here to break that cycle.

1 in 4 people will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime.
Mental health challenges transcend age, gender, and race, touching individuals from all walks of life. And yet, stigma and access remain some of the biggest barriers to care.

Our mission is to change that.

We raise awareness, fund free therapy for those who cannot afford it, and speak openly about what mental health really looks like because silence is not an option.

As a nonprofit brand, We Are 1 in 4 also uses apparel to start conversations and spark change. Every design is crafted with intention, every item is a tool for advocacy. 60% of proceeds directly fund therapy sessions, making every purchase a step toward healing for someone else.

Our clothing is more than fashion, it’s a movement. A reminder that you are not alone. That help exists. That healing is possible.
