1. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All orders are made to order, and as a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you double-check your order for accuracy (size, color, design) before submitting. If you have any questions or concerns before placing an order, feel free to reach out to us!


2. What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received a damaged item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement of the same product within 72 hours of receiving your report. Be sure to provide photos of the damage when contacting us so we can process your replacement quickly.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each item is made to order, production typically takes 3-7 business days. After that, shipping times will depend on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped so you can keep an eye on your package’s progress.


4. Can I customize my order?

At this time, we do not offer customizations to designs or apparel. However, we’re always open to feedback! If there’s a specific design or message you’d like to see in the future, let us know—we’d love to hear from you.


5. What if I’m unsure about sizing?

We recommend checking our size chart before placing your order to ensure you choose the best fit. If you’re in between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for extra comfort.

Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.


9. Do you donate part of the proceeds to charity?

Yes! We donate 60% of all sales to our non-profit organization, which funds therapy sessions for individuals who cannot afford mental health care. With each purchase, you’re helping to provide critical support for those in need.


10. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Since all orders are made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once your order has been processed. Please double-check your order before submitting it.
